It is hereby notified that all 1st/
2nd / 3rd yr. B.Sc.(IT&M) and BITM
Special Back Paper Exam.-2008 students
are required to fill up the examination
form. Use photocopies of the Form, If,
necessary. One is required to fill one
form for each of the examination. If you
are filling for all the three years send
us three filled in forms.
The filled in forms along with fees in
shape of Crossed Demand Draft from
SBI drawn in favour of The Director,
DDCE, Utkal University payable at
Bhubaneswar and five self addressed
envelops should reach us on or before
7th July, 2008.
The scheduled of the examination to be
held in the month of August -2008.
It shall be available in our web site :
www.ddceutkal.org.
It
will be notified very soon.
It may please be noted that this is the
last and final chance for
appearing at the examination.
This letter can't be construed as a
validation of your eligibility for
appearing at that Examination. The
Controller of Examination shall examine
your eligibility as per rules ,
regulation and act and statute of the
University.
A candidate who has paid Course Fee to
DDCE is only eligible to appear the Back
Examination-2008.

It is important to note that all
Examination of B.Sc.(IT&M) and BITM
students will be held on August - 2008
in the DDCE, Utkal University, Vanivihar,
Bhubaneswar. All are required to appear
the same irrespective of their earlier
appearance at Study Centres.
DDCE shall bear no responsibility incase
the student fail to fill-up the Forms.
No further communication in this regards
shall be entertained.

not through any study centre) by speed
post.
