Information for Delegates
1) It is not possible for us to receive all the
delegates from the Station / Airport, due to
shortage of voluntaries. Kindly reach our
destination on your own. Pre paid Taxis are
available at Airport. Auto rickshaws are separately
available.
2) Food
arrangements from 3rd evening dinner has been
organized. Dinner will be available at our place of
stay on 3rd evening. On all other day Break Fast /
Lunch / Dinner has been arranged at DDCE, Utkal
University venue of the Conference.
3) Those arriving
before lunch on 3rd May have their food in Railway
Station, Airport before reaching their place of
stay.
4) Locations of
places of stay :
Prasar Bharati Training Center Hostel - Road
locating from Jaydev Vihar square to Nandan Kanan,
take a turn to left after East Coast Railway. It is
also known as Omfed square Head Quarter building.
You will pass them landmarks such as NALCO Office,
Swosti Plaza, Kalinga Hospital and Regional Medical
Research Center, Rail Kunj.
Silicon
Engineering College- It is a well known location
near the Infocity, Patia. The College is located on
the foot hills of Sikharchandi.
Gridco Guest
House is located near the Utkal University square in
front of Pantaloons Shopping Mall. It is sandwiched
between Gridco Office and Bhubaneswar Deputy
Commissioner of Police. It is on Janpath. |
