DDCE  aspires  to  create  new  age  managers  in  the  era  of  globalization,  phenomenal   growth  of  capital  economy , service sector  and  knowledge  driven  society  and  economy.  Besides  serving  the  needs  of   fresh  pass outs,  we  also  serve  the  need  for  continuing  education  of  all  those  employed  in  managerial  positions.   Choice  Based  Credit  Semester  System  has  been  introduced  since,2006.  DDCE,  Utkal  University  has  launched  the  following  Management  courses  through  distance  mode  since  2000-01  for  freshers and   working  executives.

2 YEAR MBA PROGRAMME (COURSE CODE- 102)

5 year Integrated MBA programme is a novel two tier programme for aspirants with +2 / equivalent qualification with the option to exit after three years with BBA degree, (COURSE CODE- 101)

3 YEAR BATCHELOR IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. (COURSE CODE- 103)

1 YEAR POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN

Faculty

The Director, DDCE, Utkal University directly supervises all academic aspect of the program and is the Coordinator of Management Program. Dr. Sarita Mishra , M.A., Ph.D., Ms. Rashmi Ranjita Das, MBA  and Ms. Amrita Pani, MBA  are the Academic  Consultants of Management  Programme  . Noted academician drawn from all over the country have authored the courseware. Faculty members of Business Administration Department, PM&IR Department, Commerce Department, Psychology Department and other teachers of Utkal University act as the core team for Personal Contact Program. Faculty members of Leading Management Colleges, General Government Colleges and other Educational Institutions act as Guest Faculty.
