2. Fees
payable through four separate bank
drafts drawn in favour of Director DDCE
Utkal University. Drafts should be
purchased from Syndicate Bank or State
Bank of India. Period of Admission
02.07.09 to 25.07.09 from 11AM to 3PM.

3. Those who
are unable to produce CLC are required
to submit an affidavit filed before a
first class magistrate to the effect
that the candidate is not pursuing any
other course in other educational
institution affiliated to Utkal
University or any other University. The
affidavit should include information on
Date of Birth, Name of the Father &
Mother, Name of the educational
institute last attended and last course
pursued etc.
