ADMISSION   NOTICE  FOR

MCA and MCA (LATERAL) – 2009 Batch

 1.  Document  to  be  produced  for  Admission  both Original  and  Self  Attested  Photocopies

i.  Matriculation  Certificate  and  Mark sheets.

ii. +2  Certificate  and  Mark sheets.

iii. +3  Certificate  and  Mark sheets / BCA Certificate and Mark sheets

iv. Two  stamp  sized  photographs.

v. College  leaving  certificate

vi. Utkal  University  Registration  Number.

vii. Migration  certificate  for  those  who  have  obtained  the  last  degree  from  Universities  other  than  Utkal.

 2. Fees  payable  through  four separate  bank  drafts  drawn  in  favour  of  Director  DDCE , Utkal  University. Drafts  should  be  purchased  from  Syndicate  Bank  or  State  Bank  of  India. Period  of  Admission  on 20.07.2009 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 

Waitlisted candidates to report before 11.30 AM with all documents and bank drafts on 21.07.09. Admission of waitlisted candidates are subject to other conditions.

3. MCA (Lateral ) Applicants must have completed BCA from Utkal University. In case their results are awaited they must report with available  BCA mark sheets and bank drafts. DDCE would not retain the bank drafts. They may submit only Xerox copy of bank drafts and produce the original for verification. After publication of result but before the first semester University Examination form fill up due date they must produce mark sheets , provisional certificate and CLC failing which they would not be admitted to the course. DDCE shall not bear any responsibility  for such candidates. 

Migration  Fee :  Applicable  only  for  students  from  Universities  other  than Utkal University.
