Notice for Original Certificate Application

      • Any student of DDCE ( Formerly DCC) who has passed any degree/ diploma examinations in 2009 or earlier( BA/B.com/MA/ IMBA/ BBA/ PG DIPLOMA/ MBA/B.Sc ITM/MCA) etc and has not obtained original degree may apply for obtaining the same.

     • The students may download the original certificate application form from below links.
    • The students are required to submit the application form at DDCE along with the following documents.
                      Filled-up original application form.
                      Photocopy of mark sheets of all semesters/years.
                      Photocopy of provisional certificate.
                      Photocopy of Utkal University registration Number.

      • Those who have passed any examination before 2002 are required to deposit Rs 670 /- through bank challan at State Bank of India, Utkal University, in favor of Comptroller of Finance for the purpose of original degree.
