The objective of the course is to provide skill development and knowledge upgradation for students with BCA qualification from Utkal University.

The program operates under the direct supervision of the Director, DDCE. Dr. N. Pani, Reader, Public Administration, DDCE acts as the Asst. Course Coordinator. The faculty are drawn from the P.G. departments of the Utkal University and other Universities and Colleges of Bhubaneswar.

Career, Written Test and Personal Interview. The written test shall consist of 100 single answer multiple choice question of one hour duration. Questions shall relate to Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Comprehension and General Awareness. Only limited applicants shall be called for personal interview based on their performance in written test and academic career.

The programme is under the continuing mode. Theoryand Practical classes shall be conducted from 4 P.M. to 9 P.M.

Regulations : Semesters of 5 Year Integrated MCA Programme of School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science, Utkal University shall be followed.

The course is offered under continuing mode. Attending classes regularly is compulsory. One has to attend at least 75% classes to be eligible to appear at the Semester examinations. Waiver of shortage of attendance may be allowed maximum upto 15% on medical grounds.

The Semester system of examinations is conducted by the University. The course structure is as follows (Subject to revision).

CURRICULUM :

Fees payable on Admission through four separate bank drafts drawn in favour of Director, DDCE , payable at Bhubaneswar.**

No separate intimation would be issued. The result would be declared on DDCE notice board and selected students may report directly for admission.

In case of non-declaration of BCA result by Utkal University before the date of admission, provisional admission would be made. Under no circumstance fees paid shall be refunded. The student has to produce pass certificate and CLC within 7 days of publication of results. Without confirmation of admission students would not be allowed to sit for University Examination. DDCE would not take any responsibility whatsoever for publication of BCA result.
